I paid for a report but didn’t receive it
Check your spam or junk folder first — the email comes from a @whatcanibuild.co.uk address. If you still can’t find it, email us with the postcode you used and we’ll resend it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you’re unhappy with your report, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll arrange a refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
My area isn’t covered yet
We’re expanding to new areas regularly. Enter your postcode on the homepage and join the waitlist — we’ll email you when your area is live.
Is this professional planning advice?
